Cusop Village Hall’s committee members approached us because they wanted to get more use out of their outdoor space.
We were tasked with ‘extending’ the village hall by installing a veranda that ran all the way along the back of the building, with glazed panels to the front and the sides.
The project involved several design challenges, including protruding brick peers and a sloping patio, which required us to design bespoke glazed panels.
The 14m x 4m white veranda, with opal polycarbonate roof panels, looks impressive from all angles. It has doubled the available space and can be used for all sorts of events and activities come wind, rain or shine.
