Bespoke glazed veranda creates new covered space
Our customer wanted to create a functional, sheltered area from the moment they enter their garden, across the rear doors of the property, to provide a covered area as they enter and exit their home.
To respond to our customer’s requirements, we designed a custom anthracite grey veranda measuring 6.2m x 2.0m incorporating clear 6mm toughened glass roof panels. The veranda provided the desired protection from the elements by covering the full width of the property from the side entrance gate to the boundary fence on the other side.
The glazed roof and side panels fill the space with natural light and extend the usable season of the garden. The finished veranda provides a functional area for comings and goings with the added benefit of being wide enough to be used as a seating area as well.
