Our customer contacted us to see if we could create a shaded area over their patio that also shade their living room windows.
After the initial meeting we provided a quote for either two awnings or one larger awning as a solution. Our customer decided they liked the option of flexibility with two awnings. This allowed them to fully control the amount of shade on different parts of the patio.
We installed two awnings to span 6.0m x 2.5m projection. Both are electronically-operated and can be independently opened, closed or stopped at any point by a single remote control for effortless flexibility.
To maximise the usability of the awnings we positioned them above an existing exterior light providing illumination underneath and diverted a guttering downpipe extending the width of the awnings for maximum use.
The area is now a haven to enjoy summer for longer and relax or entertain despite changeable weather.
